					I’ve been a customer of ASM Wireless since 2017. The phone I bought back then worked perfectly all the way until 2025! Recently, I received a message from Chatr that they are no longer supporting 3G phones, and I needed to upgrade to a 5G device.



After so many years, I returned to ASM Wireless, and I was surprised the same guy was still there—he even recognized me! He showed me the A16 5G phone, which I really liked. I had forgotten my email password, but he helped me recover it and transferred all my data from my old phone to the new one without any issue.

					If I could rate 0 stars I would. “Fixed” the phone but the next day it ended up being worse than what I had originally. When I went back to ask them to rectify the problem they were going to charge me an additional 200$ to what I had paid initially. Would not recommend because they don’t stand behind their work. Horrible experience nonetheless.
